Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Every Muse Studio! Our returns policy lasts 21 days from the date of purchase. After this time unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging.

Please note we are unable to accept returns on personalised items.

To process your return we will need your proof of purchase or order number.

This does not affect your statutory rights — if your item arrives faulty or damaged please get in touch with us as soon as possible at sophie@everymusestudio.co.uk and we will always do our best to put things right.

Any items returned in an unsuitable condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons outside of our error, or returned after the 21 day window, will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you to confirm it has arrived safely, along with whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, we'd suggest checking your bank account first as it can sometimes take a little time to show. If you've checked with your bank and card provider and still haven't received anything, please don't hesitate to get in touch at [your email] and we'll look into it for you.

Sale Items Only full priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we are unable to refund sale items.

Gifts If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit to the value of your return once we've received the item back.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns To arrange a return please contact us at sophie@everymusestudio.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For items over £50 we'd recommend using a tracked postal service or taking out shipping insurance, as we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost on their way back to us.
